"Banned" is a short research book about the "Banned" Jordan 1 one of the most famous Jordan's of all time. I wanted the feeling of the book to be a very clean modern look with minimal colors other than the single red X's and red lines. The original book was printed on a Risograph printer, this printer gives it a very retro style and the distinction of it compared to other printers is it only can print one color at a time. The other nice feature is that it can pre program grain to all the photos or half-tone dots, the printer can do that automatically you don't have to do it yourself. The original book also is hand bound using a red shoe lace that goes through three punched holes to finish off the book.
